Michelle Loren, MBA, CPA

​

My career began in public accounting where I earned my CPA, laying a strong foundation for my expertise in finance. In 2011, driven by a desire to make an impact on small businesses, I established my own business dedicated to helping small businesses with their finance and accounting needs.

 

As their Bookkeeper, Controller, or Finance Manager, I ensured that their accounting was not only accurate but also timely, providing them with reliable financial insights. I served as the Director of Finance for an adult education organization where I managed all financial operations and spearheaded initiatives to improve financial processes and outcomes. My role has always been characterized by the trust and respect from clients and colleagues alike, as I provide invaluable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

At Loren CFO, I serve as a Fractional CFO for purpose-driven companies, guiding them towards effective financial management. My approach is rooted in making finance and accounting understandable to leaders from various backgrounds, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
