During the evaluation process, we're getting to know your organization to determine how to assist you. We'll gather information to understand your current processes and evaluate your systems for efficiency and effectiveness. Communication and the flow of information are essential. 

The information requested will include the following:

  • Access to QuickBooks file

  • Audit reports (if applicable) and tax returns

  • Documented financial and administrative policies 

  • Grant requirements (nonprofits)

  • Contract and lease details

  • Details regarding payroll and timekeeping systems

  • Details about bank and merchant accounts, loans and lines of credit

  • Benefits administration (retirement, health, disability, unemployment, workers comp)

  • Tracking for fundraising, bill payment, invoicing

  • Storage of documentation
