For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with business leaders and organizations to understand their financial position, navigate complex decisions, and plan for the future. That experience shaped my approach to coaching: I believe leaders make better decisions when they have the space to think clearly, challenge their assumptions, and connect their decisions to what matters most.

I founded Loren CFO to help organizations bring greater structure and clarity to their finances. Today, my focus has evolved toward helping business leaders themselves — particularly when they're facing growth, change, uncertainty, or decisions that don't have an obvious answer.
